1. Using the site

By using Nexby you agree to these terms. Use is free and needs no account. You may use the output of any tool — a compressed photo, cleaned text, a calculated figure — for personal or commercial work without asking us and without paying us.

2. What you promise

  • Only process files and text you have the right to handle. Do not use the tools on other people's private images or documents.
  • Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site at a rate that damages it for other users, and do not probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us first.
  • Do not block, spoof, or tamper with advertising on Nexby. Ads are how the tools stay free; the site may refuse automated traffic that does this.
  • Do not present our calculators as professional financial, tax, accounting or religious advice.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. A browser update, a device limitation, or a file format your browser cannot decode may change the result.

4. Numbers you might rely on

The Zakat calculator implements a well-known formula — 2.5% of net zakatable wealth above nisab — but nisab depends on daily metal prices and on which school of fiqh you follow. The EMI calculator implements the standard reducing-balance formula and excludes bank processing fees, insurance and withholding tax. Verify any figure with your bank, employer, tax advisor or mufti before you pay or file on the strength of it. Character limits shown for social platforms are as published at the time of writing and change without notice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexby is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the tools — including a rejected application form, a missed deadline, a miscalculated Zakat amount, or a loan decision. Our total liability to you in any case is limited to what you paid us, which is normally nothing.

6. Ownership

Your files and text remain entirely yours; we never receive them. The site design, wording, tool interfaces and code belong to Nexby. You may link to any page freely. Please do not republish the site's text at length or clone the tools under a different name.

7. Advertising and third parties

Third-party ad networks may place cookies and serve creative we do not control. An ad is not a recommendation. If you see an ad that is misleading, offensive, or appears to be a scam, send us a screenshot and we will ask the network to remove it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but tools may be changed, moved or retired. Retiring a tool does not affect files you have already downloaded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. Material changes are marked by a new date at the top; using the site after that date means the updated terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any consumer rights that your own country will not let a business contract away.
